With multinational business (as with a pan-European conference like ours), comes cross-cultural interaction and behavioural differences. We can easily joke about them, but can we confidently manage them? Few have analysed this as seriously as Julien S. Bourrelle, a French-Canadian living in Norway, with a background in… rocket science.
